Free range duck legs, confit in duck fat, flavoured with aromatics and sweet spices for 4-5 hrs before being allowed to cool in the cooking liquid, whilst cooling they absorb all that mouth-watering flavour. These make a tasty and quick midweek dinner, or you can create a show stopping starter or main course for that special dinner party to impress all of your guests, to reheat simply place on a lined baking sheet, and place in a hot oven for 30 minutes until the skins crisp up the meat is piping hot.

Serve with, a spring onion, orange & new potato salad
