Why not Cornish pasties you say? Well the only real difference is Cornish Pasties, are crimped on the side and Devon pasties are crimped on the top. Growing up as a child I used to make pasties with my Grandmother, its probably the first thing I ever really learnt to cook, this recipe is very similar to one my Grandmother used to use, I have changed it ever so slightly with the addition of swede, my Grandmother was never a fan from what I remember.
These are delivered frozen, defrost for 24hrs in the fridge and cook until piping hot
